Newegg is at it again with another week of sales leading up to Black Friday — all part of their “Black November” promotion to take advantage of the prime hardware-shopping season.
Once again, we’re rounding up our favorite deals from the sale, which lasts from now until Nov. 23rd at 4 PM EST / 1 PM PST.
For more advice on getting good deals on Black Friday, read our article on Black Friday 2015: How to Get the Best PC Parts Deals.
Please note: The best deals are dependent on rebates. Rebates are reliable, but only if you follow the instructions exactly and submit everything on time, so be careful!
Without further ado, here are our favorite deals:
Graphics Cards
MSI GTX 750 Ti: $110, plus $20 rebate (list price: $123, for a discount of 11%). Don’t be fooled by the list price. You can often find the 750 Ti for $110, so this is really only a deal if you get the rebate.
MSI Radeon R7 260X: $120, plus $30 rebate (list price: $130, for a discount of 10%). The list price is off by $10. So you are getting $20 off, but only if you get the rebate.
MSI GeForce GTX 960: $200, plus $20 rebate (list price: $215, for a discount of 7%). The rebate makes this a good deal on a decent mid-tier card.
MSI GeForce GTX 960: $200, plus $20 rebate (list price: $220, for a discount of 9%). The green version of the card above!
PowerColor PCS+ Radeon R9 390 8 GB: $295, plus $20 rebate (list price: $330, for a discount of 11%). With the rebate, this is a nice deal on a powerful mid-range graphics card. Note that you can often find the R9 390 for as low as $310.
MSI Radeon R9 390X 8GB LE: $380, plus $30 rebate (list price: $400, for a discount of 5%). With the rebate, this is a fantastic deal on a card that is normally around $400.
MSI GTX 980: $490, plus $30 rebate (list price: $510, for a discount of 4%). With the rebate, you get $30 off the normal price of a highly desired graphics card.
Sapphire Radeon R9 Fury: $500 (list price: $560, for a discount of 11%). The Fury is the best bang-for-buck high-end card from AMD, and this is a decent discount.
Power Supplies
Corsair CX430M: $45, plus $20 rebate (list price: $60, for a discount of 25%). With the rebate, this is an amazing deal for a modular PSU, even if it’s only 430W. Corsair makes good PSUs, so we’d recommend this for a low-budget PC. Just use a power calculator to make sure your output is under 430W.
Thermaltake Toughpower TDP-0750M: $90, plus $20 rebate (list price: $110, for a discount of 18%). With the rebate, this is a great deal on a 750W modular power supply. Not bad without the rebate, either.
Rosewill Quark-750: $100, plus $30 rebate (list price: $150, for a discount of 33%). This is a Platinum efficiency unit, and with the rebate the price becomes extremely attractive.
Motherboards
GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD3H: (1150 socket) $125, plus $20 rebate (list price: $152, for a discount of 18%). This is an excellent motherboard, even without the discount/rebate.
GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 7: (1151 socket) $180, plus $10 rebate (list price: $220, for a discount of 18%). Is it a Formula 1 car? Does it transform into a robot? No, it is just a good motherboard on sale!
GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD3P: (2011-v3) $170, plus $20 rebate (list price: $204, for a discount of 17%). With the rebate, this motherboard will make your Extremist/Monstrous gaming machine a bit more affordable.
MSI X99A SLI Plus: (2011-v3) $200, plus $20 rebate (list price: $230, for a discount of 13%). Good deal for an entry-level X99 motherboard. Great for DDR4 RAM and all your tri-SLI/CrossFire needs!
Warning: Please make sure that you buy CPU and RAM that is compatible with any new motherboard you buy. Feel free to consult our main guide to see what CPUs/RAM kits would be suitable.
Cases
Cooler Master HAF 912: $60, plus $20 rebate (normal price: $70, for a discount of 14%). With the rebate, this is an incredibly good deal on a very solid mid-tower case.
NZXT Phantom: $110 (normal price: $140, for a discount of 21%). A Stars Wars-inspired (and well reviewed) full tower case, for a good discount.
Rosewill Throne: $130, plus $20 rebate (normal price: $170, for a discount of 24%). The aggressive aesthetics of this case are quite polarizing, so take note. If you like it, then this is a great discount.
Cooler Master HAF 932: $140, plus $30 rebate (normal price: $180, for a discount of 22%). With the rebate, this full tower is an excellent deal.
Thermaltake Level 10 GT Black: $150, plus $30 rebate (normal price: $270, for a discount of 44%). Pretty good deal if you’re in the market for a ridiculous case. Last week, we saw the white edition on sale. Now you people with darker souls have a chance.
CM Storm Trooper: $150, plus $20 rebate (normal price: $160, for a discount of 6%). The Trooper is a well reviewed and recommended case. With the rebate, this is a decent deal.
Corsair 780T: Current price: $160, plus $20 rebate (normal price: $200, for a discount of 20%). Excellently reviewed, rarely recommended due to its typical steep price. With the rebate, this case is a steal!
SSDs
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB: $220 (normal price: $260, for a discount of 16%). Even after the discount, this SSD is still quite pricey. Why? Because it is one of the fastest SATA SSDs available!
Samsung 850 Pro 1TB: $430 (normal price: $500, for a discount of 14%). 1TB version of the Samsung 850 Pro.
Samsung 850 Pro 2TB: $900 (normal price: $1000, for a discount of 10%). You are wondering: “Is this insane?” The answer is yes, it is insane. But for a limited time, this insanity is 10% cheaper than usual!
RAM
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3: $35 (normal price: ~$38, for a discount of $3). A nice dual-channel 8GB DDR3 RAM kit. The discount is small, but if you are buying RAM right now, why not get a discount? Tall heat spreaders, so consider the normal height alternative below
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 : $35 (normal price: $45, for a discount of 22%). Normal height DDR3 RAM, for the same price as above
Keyboards
CM Storm QuickFire Rapid: Current price: $80, plus $15 rebate (list price: $90, for a discount of 11%). For $65 (after the rebate), this is an excellent tenkeyless Cherry Brown keyboard.
CM Storm QuickFire Ultimate: Current price: $85, plus $15 rebate (list price: $110, for a discount of 23%). Full-sized and backlit version of the above, for $70 (after rebate).
Mice
RAZER Taipan Gaming Mouse: $40 (list price: $80, for a discount of 50%). A nice ambidextrous mouse at a nice discount.
Pendants
Mabella Heart Shaped Blue Topaz in Sterling Silver Pendant: $48 (list price: $270, for a discount of 82%). Said to ward off vampires, stir the hearts of people on the Titanic, and possibly bring hope and/or tears.
