Logical Increments has grown quite a lot over the years, and our site is now viewed by more visitors than ever, with an expanding audience from all over the world. We are very proud to be considered a helpful source of information to all those who need to buy and assemble their own PC.
Helping people means responding to many varied requests, such as specific questions or comments and feedback. As our web presence expands to additional pages and social media channels, we have to field an increasing number of these requests for help.
We are currently looking to hire a part-time Community Manager to help with this task.
The Community Manager will have many responsibilities, such as helping moderate comments on the site, blog, and our various social media accounts, responding to user feedback, and helping us determine which new features are the most requested by our visitors. The Community Manager will have a significant impact on the site and our interaction with our audience.
We will consider any remote worker from around the world. This is a paid position. Compensation will depend on experience. Hours will vary from week to week, but they should remain below 20 hours each week.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in English. Native or near-native command of English is a must.
- Customer service experience, particularly experience in an online community or forum.
- Moderate knowledge of PC hardware at a minimum. You should have experience building your own PC, or know exactly what it takes to build a PC.
- Preferred, but not required: Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
